While traveling from California to Alaska our 6 liter diesel quit. They fixed the bad injector and we finished the trip. They did it quickly and resonably.
Ford 6.4 Diesel had a check engine light for thermostat that was stuck open. Mike scheduled us and had it done super fast. Price was reasonable and everything went great. Top notch customer service with people that you can trust. Why would you go anywhere else? These guys are fantastic!
Michael has been great to work with on our lemon of a ecodiesel. They have also been a great “go to” mechanic transitioning for working with an expensive dealer service department. It is nice to be able to talk reasonably to someone about our vehicle issues.
I’ve taken my truck to this place for 2 different times for 2 different issues .. both times they squeezed me in and had my truck fixed same day… This shop really knows diesels and there prices are literally half of other shops .. best shop around hands down!
Without the long story, I took my truck here to give them a shot. All the work on my truck had previously been performed at the dealer where I purchased it new 12+ years ago. I recently had major work done. The dealer mechanic apparently didn’t do things correctly as I started having issues. The Black Diamond crew figured it out in 10 minutes. When they called, they said they weren’t even going to charge me since it was such an easy fix. I expected at least an hour shop rate or something. They will be my “go to” from now on for any work on my diesel truck.
